Phil Appleton specialises in developing confidence, assertiveness and presentation and impact skills.

A professional actor, trained in behaviour observation and feedback, Phil has led a variety of roleplay-based management skills workshops for clients such as Barclays Wealth, The NHS and The Oxford University Press.

He began teaching in 1975 as a flying instructor and has been an airline pilot, customer service manager, legal interpreter and encyclopaedia salesman.

With dual British and French nationalities, Phil also works as a bilingual corporate presenter and set up the Windsor Boys’ School Practice Interview Scheme in 2003.
